HET Acid based halogenated fire retardant polyester resin specially developed for RTM process. This resin is un-accelerated and non-thixotropic. It contains a heavy filler load. DION® FR 840-338-00 is low exothermic and is suited for laminates applied wet-on-wet from 3 – 8mm, depending on type of reinforcement. DION® FR 840-338-00 is specially designed for Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) application, has very low viscosity for an easy distribution of resin. DION® FR 840-338-00 is recommended for GPR panels where High Fire Retardant properties are required.
